14-DAY RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Pursuant to European Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and the Polish Consumer Rights Act, consumers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off return period from the date of physical receipt.

Returned eyewear must be intact with security tamper-evident seals undamaged. Refunds are issued to the original SEPA / PKO BP account within 48 hours of return intake.
